Combines strength and cardio supersets (2 different exercises performed back to back) at 10+ different stations. Allows our clients to keep moving with very few breaks.
This popular interval class mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Expect this class to be different every time, and push you harder than you would push yourself. Each class will offer different challenges each time! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. All levels welcome. Our certified instructors are trained to offer modifications. We want you to have tons of fun – be prepared for some high intensity training!
Cardio for fat loss with back and abs focus in a 60 minute format using balls, BOSU, TRX, weights, and more.
Circuit style High Intensity Interval Training. Burn more fat in less time. Combines bouts of high intensity cardio training combined with shorter bouts of active recovery. This class will elevate your heart rate and keep your metabolism revving all day.
Rise and Grind:
Start your morning off right with this ever changing workout. Incorporates a different format each time to keep your body guessing.
Total body strength training in a circuit-style format using dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX, and kettlebells. 30 and 60 minute options available.
Butt and Gut:
Works legs, glutes, and core!
30 full minutes of recovery, stretching, and stress relief! This class will use Yoga straps and foam rollers for a complete body stretch.
Triple Threat for Youth:
For youth ages 10-18. 60 minute class. Cardio, strength, conditioning, and core training in twenty minute segments. Whether you're a ballerina or a basketball star, this class is designed to increase strength and stamina in a fun and positive environment.
